Royal Agricultural Society Fine Food Competition - August 2005

The RAS in 2005 is adding Australian Barramundi to its list of fine food items for judging for excellence.

This is a valuable step for the industry and recognises both the superb eating qualities of the fish and its special iconic status as an Australian eating experience. Judging will be very much like wine judging. The resulting awards will help establish farm barramundi as a world class gourmet food and will show case excellence in production.
