Our salt-water farmed barramundi is always fleshy, white, tasty and FRESH. 
It's all in our technique! By nurturing our 100mm fingerlings, grazing on Australian made pellets and feeder fish, swimming in salty waters pumped from the pristine Daintree River, our fish can't help but to grow tasty! We understand your business requires consistency. We produce restaurant quality product by flushing the live fish for 3 days before harvesting, delivering you clean non-fatty barra.

Infinity Fisheries is located a short 50minutes drive south of Sydney, and surrounded by national parks and wildlife. Infinity Fisheries farms Australian Barramundi in natural artesian spring water. Fish are sent to customers either "live" or "chilled" .

Our proximity to Sydney International Airport allows our live fish to be chilled, packed and exported within hours - our customers benefit from the extra shelf life our fish provide.
